Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything is handmade in small batches and shipped worldwide. This policy explains dispatch times, delivery windows, costs and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

1. Processing and dispatch

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days. Personalised and made-to-order pieces take a little longer and we will confirm the timing by email. You will receive a dispatch notification when your parcel leaves us.

2. Delivery timescales

  • United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • United States, Canada and rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates; carrier and customs handling can affect delivery.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at the secure checkout step and shown before payment, in US dollars (USD). Cosy Club and Maker+ members receive free standard shipping as a membership perk.

4. Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or local taxes on delivery. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Carriers and tracking

We ship using established postal and courier carriers. Where tracking is available it will be included in your dispatch email. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it is in transit.

6. Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the windows above, or arrives damaged, contact support@sheshecre.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Returns & Refunds policy for faulty or damaged items.
